For 11 - 17 years Our Gymnastics course is ideal for those who would like to improve their co-ordination, balance and agility. Our courses are designed for those who would like to improve their co-ordination, balance and agility, also designed to welcome all levels of ability and experience, children work towards the BAGA awards to keep them motivated. Our Judo courses run during each school term, providing children with the opportunity to learn new skills, develop existing skills and increase their personal fitness. Our Judo courses are taught by a qualified WJA coach. Judo is taught from 5 years and onwards Yoga for people 14+. Yoga is an excellent way to relieve those everyday stresses and learn the art of relaxation. Our Trampolining course is an excellent way for children to develop a wide range of skills, increase their personal fitness and have fun at the same time! The children are encouraged to progress through the national Trampolining awards scheme to keep them motivated. Our Tennis Academy provides the ideal enviroment for children of all ages and abilities to develop their skills and have fun. We are an LTA accredited centre for Mini Tennis. Adult lessons are also offered. |
